Beginners

Day and Time:  TBD per student

Class Description: Exercises that 1. Expand the imagination, sharpen the actor’s tools and build their craft. 2. Help the actor understand how the environment can feed the imagination. 3. Help the actor strengthen and connect with their mind, body and voice.

Intermediate/Advanced

Day and Time: TBD per student

Class Description: (Expanding on Steps 1-3 in the Beginners workshop) Including exercises that support the differences among a physical action, a psychological action, the overall action and the individual actions that drive the character throughout the piece. Encouraging the utilization of each actor’s unique and individual qualities and developing an appreciation for the writer’s intent. The class also includes monologue work, coaching with any current audition pieces and producing demos.
